Were passing through to Denmark, and ate the best fish plates here, the food was exquisite !!!!! The lobster was so tender and tasty. Nobody at home can do it as well as here! Gladly again . The staff was extremely polite and too present ???? preferably 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On the recommendation of locals, we decided to have dinner at Piet Hennigsen's and are now full and completely enthusiastic. Both the service and the food couldn't have been better.

Very disappointing experience, was served potato soup which was cold. Then an entrecote which was supposed to be medium, but was totally raw and cold. Complained and was then served a steak most reminiscent of a dry shoe sole. There should have been MEGA french fries, but got roasted potatoes instead. The waiter asked if the food was ok now to which I replied that it was not. He just commented that it was a shame. Definitely not a place I will come again.

Fish soup and matjestartar extremely tasty as a starter, fish platter with fried potatoes and plaice fillet in an egg shell filled with savoy cabbage - a poem. Everything cooked to the point (except herring, of course ...;)) Very friendly and courteous service! Order a table in advance!

Highly recommended, maybe one of the best fish I have ever tasted. If you like fish and are in Flensburg, you should definitely stop by here. In keeping with the location right on the harbor, the facility is very complex and timely. Well worth it to come by!

Disappointing. Price and quality do not match. We ordered a before dinner drink and had the starter served before we were halfway through the glass. There were bugs in the main course so we ended up eating staggered. However, got coffee and cake free of charge as a patch on the wound. I'm not quite sure I'll be back.

There is a choice of very tasty fish menu. The price was for a menu, we didn't find it expensive. You will definitely get full. I had ordered plaice and I couldn't finish it because the portion was plenty for me. I can only recommend. We were lucky that there was still a table free for us. It is best to reserve a table when dining with several people.

It was my first time in the city and I am so glad, I have found this little cosy place. Good atmosphere, delicious and fresh fish. Would strongly recommend! Would like to express my gratitude to the chefs for the quick service and to the waiter Gulit, who was fantastic all evening long!

Everything fits ... so much to look at and be amazed at, everyone is very attentive, friendly and attentive, even when there was a lot going on the feeling was always "we see you". Food came quickly, was a feast for the eyes and tasted good. Definitely recommendable!

Good advice and service, delicious food (Flensburger Fischplatte). One star less because I had to ask 3 times for the bill and 3 times to pay it. Still I can strongly recommend Piet Henningsen. Although it's rather pricey, the food was worth it.

If you’re looking for excellent Baltic / Nordic seafood, this is a must-visit. We had a party of 15 people that the restaurant carried off with aplomb. Excellent service, wine and most of all, some of the best fish dishes you’ll find in northern Germany. Will visit again next time I’m in Flensburg for sure!

Here we have the first time to Labskaus married, very delicious. We also had the flounder and were thrilled. The portions are very plentiful. We would come again.

It was a stroke of luck finding this gem. The interior is full with unique collectibles from a sailors lifelong expeditions. The food is perfectly cooked and seasoned, very large portions well worth the money

Excellent from start to finish. Great credit to the staff, everyone professional and friendly. Food was unbelievable, all fresh and homemade. Lobster was superb! Going back is a must, hopefully we will be in Flensburg again soon

Well prepared mainly fish courses in a lived in ambience, hanging stuffed alligators included. Not cheap.

Fantastic fish restaurant near the Förde! Very rustic and quirky interior decorated with nets and fish and everything nautical all around! Food is fantastic - they also have some dishes without fish and I was most impressed with my pepper steak the other day...!!! Nice, friendly and attentive staff!! Seating inside and outside... Booking a table is highly recommended to avoid disappointment, as the place can easily be packed at peak times!
